Foundation New Music First
Frank Teunissen serves as director and oversees the artistic and general management of the Foundation New Music First. Previously, Frank worked at Philips, Dyson, and Sonos, and is a music enthusiast ranging from Haydn to newly composed music. Earlier, he successfully motivated three Dutch orchestras to perform three Bruckner symphonies in their original versions for the first time in the Netherlands during the ‘Ongehoord Bruckner Festival’ (Unheard Bruckner Festival) at the Muziekgebouw aan ‘t IJ.

Board of Supervisors
The Board of Supervisors consists of chairperson Corine Haitjema, founder and owner of the music platform 24classics, active in a wide variety of cultural entities and organizations, Boudewijn Koopmans, member of the Board of Supervisors, Project Manager of Amsterdam Time Machine at the University of Amsterdam, and Jan Karel van der Staay, member of the Board of Supervisors, formerly Acting Chief Legal Officer at Triodos Bank, and previously active at Akzo Nobel, Rabobank, and Philips in similar roles. The Board of Supervisors of New Music First is unpaid.
